Darn -- you're not coming to Austin or anywhere in Texas. May we hope that some more dates will be added?

While you are in Boston I have a fun suggestion for you. It would be lovely for you to make a book talk detour to South Dartmouth MA, on the South Shore of MA. Located in the area is Davoll”s General Store. In a historically significant building, this is a bookstore and lovely caffe/pub with delicious food and drink. This beautiful area is the home of several notable writers who have visited and given book talks at Davoll’s. If you are interested check out the owners of Davoll’s. Best - New “Wordy Bird” Follower

Damn, you’re gonna have a lot of frequent flyer miles. Do you really trust the people running the FAA? I won’t set foot on a plane into these bastards are out of office. I know it’s a really small market, but I wish you’d come to Santa Fe. We’re the kind of people you would really like. Or we’re the kind of people who really like you. You’re one of my heroes as a writer. 🌹

I’d love to come to Santa Fe! Maybe on the paperback tour.

Yes, please. We Santa Feans are book people and I am not the only one who loves your writing!

Oh if you do, please tell me. I live in the countryside about 20 minutes north of Santa Fe. I was born here, so it’s my spirit home. But I would crawl into town to hear you speak and to meet you. Devotee since The Orchid Thief. 😎

What a line-up! So many good conversations, wish I could come to all of them. This is like an old fashioned tour with so many good stops! Hooray and Wowza! Can't wait to read the book!

I've already written to you re some questions, but I just got your reading itinerary and will try to make it to one of the L.A. ones. With that, I have a self-published literary fiction book (that's a semi-finalist in the Faulkner/Wisdom and got a generous pre-release review from Kirkus) coming out and a question I just can't seem to get answered, which is can you point me to a "publicist" or someone you trust who I could talk to re creating a "book tour" of bookstores and libraries and other places in the U.S. I'm on my own on this and am discovering that this end of it makes writing look like a ... well, like a walk in the park which we know it isn't at all (well, sometimes). I really am struggling with this and can't seem to connect with someone who's as serious and capable of doing this sort of thing. I trust and admire your voice, and anything you have to say I'd appreciate so much.
